Merhaba! I’m Ece, a Turkish teacher specializing in helping professionals—like diplomats and business leaders—master the language for work and life in Turkey. With 11 years of experience, I love bridging cultures through language, whether it’s for high-stakes meetings or exploring Istanbul’s vibrant streets.

I have multiple degrees in teaching Turkish as a foreign language and I have been teaching foreigners since 2014. After earning my BA in Turkish Language and Literature at Mimar Sinan University, I got my teaching certificate from Duzce University. Also, I hold an MA in teaching Turkish as a foreign/second language. Luckily, I had the chance to work with many different student profiles. At the beginning of my career, I taught Turkish to Erasmus students. In the following years, I taught Turkish to universities, many well-known international brands, and foreign government officials.دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
I’m highly experienced about teaching for foreign diplomats, consul generals and ambassadors here in Istanbul, last 8 years of my career. I had chance to practice teaching Turkish from beginner level to advanced level with these people who have to understand the news, newspapers and dialogues during the meetings with Turkish politicians or respresentatives of different sectors and speak Turkish perfectly in the events. Also, I consider myself well-practised about customizing materials and programme according to students’ needs because I have been teaching for the learners who are highly/less motivated or have limited time to learn like the students that I mentioned before.موادي الخاصة بالتدريس

Another amazing lesson! Ece made me speak 100% of the time. We never use English in this A1/A2 level speaking class. She made me talk about food, cooking and finally made me order food at a restaurant. The course was well structured with a thread that lead to a conversation as a conclusion. Ece is a 5 star teacher!
