If you want to learn Turkish fast; cover all language concepts in a concise, fun, organized and efficient way, look no further. Mehmet's classes are always productive, well paced and he prepares alot of excellent material for each class. The material will take you from A1 all the way to C2 and more...Most importantly, Mehmet is patient, encouraging and fun and he will tailor your classes to suit your language needs and pace! I've been learning with Mehmet for over 1.5 years and plan to continue for as long as he teaches on italki :)

Mehmet is a fantastic teacher and human being. He is organized and patient, clearly in love with language; both in its technical aspects and real world usage. From his lessons I have gained so much that I would not from just using a book. The pace matches the student, always bringing a perfect mix of new material and repetition so the lessons stick. He is flexible to exploring topics of interest as they arise which makes the hour fly by every time! There is something about the way he speaks that just makes it easy to understand! I would recommend Mehmet to absolutely everyone if I could.

I've taken a handful of classes with Mehmet now and have found him to be one of the best teachers I've had. He's always organized and explains complex topics clearly. Most importantly for me, I find him very motivating and encouraging - I look forward to each class and the progress I'm making.

I’ve been learning Turkish for about two years, since I moved to Istanbul to my husband who lives here. And Mehmet was the first teacher I tried to study Turkish with. I was impressed from the beginning of how well-organized, interesting and useful our lessons were. I myself am a rather responsible and accurate person, and what I liked a lot was that Mehmet was the same - always on time, always well-prepared, knowledgeable, and always shining with great energy. The materials were always very logical and set at a suitable pace, designed progressively as my level was going up. Because I’ve gradually seen the progress, I felt very motivated to study more and more. I loved both our classes and homeworks as well - because they were designed well to support what we learned, and helped memorize and repeat the information. What also was very valuable is that Mehmet was easily reached in between the classes, he would always answer my questions. For all of it I’m truly grateful.
