Me llamo Íñigo y soy de Madrid. Soy profesor de idiomas desde hace 12 años. También trabajo como traductor literario y audiovisual. Hablo inglés, francés y un poco de griego moderno. Mis aficiones: leer, el cine, el baloncesto y pasear por la ciudad.
My name's Íñigo and I'm from Madrid. I've worked as a language teacher for 12 years. I can speak English, French and a little bit of Greek.

Graduated in Hispanic Philology and Masters in Applied French, I have always kept up with my teaching training and have recently completed a CELTA course for English teachers. This further training has provided me with the familiarity to different teaching methodologies, which have proven to be extremely useful in my classes.
I have worked as a Spanish teacher for 12 years, both in-person and online. My job duties typically include designing and delivering Spanish courses for all levels. Also an English teacher and a 10 year-experienced translator. دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
My teaching method is mostly conversational and based on a combination of skills. I use plenty of audiovisuals and various activities to get students to speak. My constant interest in professional training has allowed me to become familiar with techniques and tools that are essential in today´s second language learning, such as the materials used by the Cervantes Institute and the most renowned publications and blogs in the field of language teaching.
My lessons are all similarly structured: a grammar point, a few exercises to get started, then controlled practice, and finally an audio or a video related to the topic.موادي الخاصة بالتدريس

I have been working with Inigo for about a year. I highly recommend him for any level of your Spanish, he has the tools, the patience, the overall erudition to make your lessons interesting, engaging and useful. I always look forward to my lessons. I started with him when I was around A2 and now I am somewhere between B2 and C1, at 57 years old. We do 60 minute lessons and I have a chance to use my Spanish and also learn new things. So if you are willing to invest time into learning, Inigo is a great friend to have along your journey.

We have been working on my Spanish for 1.5 years now, its a pleasure to have Inigo as my teacher. He is always prepared, themes of our lessons and conversations change, there is always a follow up with what we went through during lessons.
