Hi! I’m Minji Kim, born and raised in Seoul, South Korea. (My family has lived in Seoul for three generations, so I naturally speak standard Korean.)
🌟 My Experience
Witnessing a family struggle with language barriers in my youth inspired me to become a Korean teacher. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to helping learners through educational content and broadcasting. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Korean Language and am pursuing a master’s in Korean Language Education. With the support of my students, I’ve grown as a qualified teacher, earning recognition in articles and papers. My mission is to give back the love I’ve received to Korean learners worldwide.عني كمعلّم
🌐 Online Teaching
I’ve created over 400 Korean learning videos and gained 400,000 followers. One of the most memorable comments I received was from a student who said, "I couldn’t understand anything from the textbook, but after watching Minji’s video, it finally clicked."
📚 Group Classes
I’ve provided online group classes to learners worldwide based on a structured curriculum. With my own materials, students practiced speaking, learned grammar and vocabulary, and received personalized 1:1 feedback.

I enjoyed my lesson with Minji! She is extremely thorough with the amount of examples and content used in each lesson. (Minji’s PowerPoints are so adorable and so informative). Also, Minji is super encouraging and she provides such a supportive environment. I am looking forward to our next lesson together and to continue developing my Korean language skills.

Last time, we talked about the importance of indirect speech, and teacher Minji explained how mastering it will help me handle more advanced intermediate grammar. She prepared a beautiful presentation on Canvas and even improvised additional material during the class ^^ Everything was clear and perfectly structured. It’s amazing how she can guide me through each step of the lesson with such professionalism and care while it is one of my struggle in korean, the indirect speech. She mades it look so easy today with her explanations!

We’ve been studying challenging grammar today.
It’s not that it’s difficult, but rather inspiring — (어렵다기보다는 재미있어요).
My teacher doesn’t expect perfection; she’s not just a teacher, but a guide — (선생님이라기보다는 길잡이예요).
Thanks to her kindness, even hard grammar feels easy to understand as she guides through slide after slide while putting the resume of the grammar points to be applied. Later, I have time to process the information and can ask questions when we meet again. She is the only teacher you should and can book every day a class as not everyone can teach so well. It requires experience and intelligence.
