She identifies pronunciation and article issues and corrects them in a way that feels encouraging rather than critical. Her focus on natural and appropriate expressions is helping me sound more fluent and confident, which is one of my main goals. The personalized new vocabulary and corrections she sends after each session are invaluable for reviewing and building on what I learned. My lessons with Myriam involve conversations. There are no prepared texts, no studying and no homework. We talk about subjects that arise naturally, although if I have questions about French usage I have encountered during the week we discuss that. Our conversations are always interesting. I look forward to speaking with Myriam each week. My level of conversational French has risen considerably since I began to meet with Myriam. I am comfortable speaking French now, although I was not so comfortable when I began my studies with her. Thank you, Myriam!
