Hi ! My name is Luis and I'm from México. I've always been interested in languages. I have been learning English since I was a kid, and recently I began studying French and Korean. I want to not only work as a spanish teacher in other countries, but also work as an interpreter to benefit communication between different cultures. I consider myself a hard-working, positive and curious person. I love learning new things. I'm sure I will learn something about your culture :)عني كمعلّم
I have worked as a spanish teacher, but I have also worked in institutional schools. Because of my experience as a teacher and as a student, I can understand your needs. I'm an organized teacher who likes to use foreign language methods. I majored in linguistics and language teaching, so I know the basis to start up a good class. I have taught students from all levels. Don't worry if you just decided to learn this beautiful language or if you are at an intermediate or advanced level. My teaching skills will allow me to always come up with new and useful activities. First of all, I want to know your objectives. Once I know why you are studying spanish, I will adapt my lessons to give you the resources you need to succeed. I believe in the immersive learning method, so I will try to speak spanish as much as possible from the beginning. You will be able to say your first spanish words from the very first class. I will correct your mistakes and I will give you feedback. I like to complement linguistic studies with cultural studies, so you will also learn facts about Mexico and other spanish speaker countries. Luis is an excellent teacher with the enthusiasm and patience to help me improve. In particular, Luis pushes me through conversation. Every lesson introduces more vocabulary
and grammar while showing me how essential speaking and listening are at each step. What a great experience.

Luis is a very helpful and passionate teacher with a clear plan for our classes. He pushes me to use Spanish a lot, I never had an opportunity to speak in Spanish like this before, and I never thought I could say so many things in Spanish. I strongly recommend all of u to try his class. You won’t be disappointed!
Luis es un enseñar muy bueno y simpático. Me las da muchas oportunidades para hablar español, básicamente a lo largo de la clase (basically throughout the class). Te lo recomiendo Luis mucho!

Luis is kind and patient. I was very nervous I would embarrass myself, but he put my nerves at ease during our first lesson. He creates a safe space to make mistakes, and to learn from them. He is very flexible in his teaching style, curating to your unique learning needs. I had been studying on my own with Duolingo for a while, and was in need of some structured practice and homework guidance, and he has given exactly that. He's clearly experienced and capable in teaching.
