I discovered my love for languages a few years ago, and it has become one of my greatest passions. Learning and teaching languages has been a rewarding journey, and I’m excited to share my knowledge with you!
When I’m not teaching, I enjoy writing music, practicing martial arts, and dancing. These interests keep me creative and energetic, which I bring into my teaching as well.

Vor einigen Jahren habe ich meine Leidenschaft für Sprachen entdeckt, und sie ist zu einer meiner größten Leidenschaften geworden. Das Lernen und Unterrichten von Isländisch war eine bereichernde Erfahrung, und ich freue mich darauf, mein Wissen mit Ihnen zu teilen!

I have experience teaching Icelandic to foreigners, both online and offline, at different levels. I am patient, understanding, and committed to helping each student progress at their own pace. My goal is to create a supportive and engaging learning environment that makes language learning enjoyable and effective.
Ich habe Erfahrung im Unterrichten von Isländisch für Ausländer, sowohl online als auch offline, und für verschiedene Niveaus. Ich bin geduldig, verständnisvoll und engagiert, jedem Schüler zu helfen, in seinem eigenen Tempo Fortschritte zu machen. There were some negative aspects in the overall learning process, which I could easily detect, being a language teacher myself:
1) prior to the lesson, the teacher changed the lesson time twice, so we needed to reschedule the lesson a couple of times before we arrived at the time of the actual lesson that was complete.
2) the teacher did not seem to be prepared for a lesson, he just asked random questions about my linguistic background and then he started writing some sentences which were completely irrelevant to each other to see if I could understand them, even though I made it clear from the very start that I was a beginner, who happened to speak other Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian and Danish) and I could more or less grasp the gist
3) during our lesson, he was doing a parallel activity and was not fully focused on the teaching process
4) at the end of the lesson, we experienced some sound issues so he just left a chat message, asking if I could prepare a text for next time
