Hi Guys,
My name is Barak and I'm an Israeli living in Chicago.
Along with speaking Hebrew I am also speaking fluent in English.
In my spare time I like hiking, biking...and choosing my next destination of traveling.
I enjoy sharing information about Israeli culture, my experience with other cultures, and teaching people Hebrew.
I like exploring the language everywhere and mainly hang out with locals to learn the culture as well.عني كمعلّم
I have a lot of experience in teaching and tutoring. In Israel I taught in elementary school for two years and when I moved to the states I taught in a Hebrew school, for a few years, all ages as well as private lessons, and tutoring people before Hebrew exams. While I was teaching at the Hebrew school I also took Hebrew classes at my university to understand better how to teach it and help my students more. I am very patient with my students and won't rest until they will succeed. I believe I can reach my students with my humor and doing the best I can to make the lessons fun.

We can plan our lessons anyway you would like, and come up with a strategy that will allow you to develop confidence in Hebrew. I would be happy to give you my recommendations as well to assure your success. So at first I would like to understand what are your goals and your level in Hebrew. Once we established that if you are a beginner we can work on grammar and vocabulary and continue from there. Each lesson we will summarize what we learned before and learn some new verbs and nouns as well to put together a sentence.
