Hello! I’m Elly, a TEFL-certified ESL teacher from the Philippines with 6+ years of experience. 🌟 I specialize in helping beginners build confidence in English, Tagalog, and Cebuano—whether for travel, work, or fun! 🗣️📖

I have been teaching ESL for six years and hold a TEFL certificate, enhancing my qualifications to teach English. I have taught kids, teenagers, and adults from various backgrounds and proficiency levels during this time. Additionally, I teach Tagalog and Cebuano to students and friends interested in learning these languages.
I genuinely love getting to know my students; it helps me build rapport and create natural connections, making the knowledge exchange smoother. One of my most rewarding experiences was guiding a complete beginner to fluency. Now, they confidently discuss a wide range of topics with me. She is a very patient listener and speaks very clearly. Corrects me and explain if I say something grammatically wrong, but in a very nice way so you can talk without any stress.
