¡Hola! Soy Licelot, una profe dominicana apasionada por enseñar el español con sabor y autenticidad. Si quieres dominar el español conversacional, entender nuestra jerga o sumergirte en la cultura dominicana, ¡soy tu guía ideal! Me especializo en ayudar a estudiantes a perder el miedo a hablar, usando situaciones cotidianas y temas divertidos (¡música, viajes, moda!). Voy a ayudarte a adquirir las habilidades que necesitas para comunicarte de forma efectiva en español, creando situaciones en las que puedas usar el idioma como se hace en la vida real. Voy a corregir tus errores con paciencia y también te voy a motivar a dar lo mejor de ti en cada clase.

Vamos a usar diferentes metodologías, con el objetivo de que adquieras las habilidades necesarias para comunicarte con cualquier hablante nativo. Podremos hablar de cultura, arte, comida, música, viajes o cualquier tema que sea de tu interés y por medio de esos temas te voy a enseñar lo que necesitas saber para hablar español con seguridad.
We are going to use different methodologies, always with the focus of acquiring the necessary skills to communicate with native speakers. I enjoyed my first session with Licelot. She made me feel very comfortable and I was able to practice some of the phrases I already knew during our first session. She also taught me some new greetings that I can't wait to use. Looking forward to our next class!

Every other word I get stuck because I’m busy trying to translate. Dominican Spanish is difficult but she was extremely patient with my freezing and coached me through it to formulate sentences I’ll actually use. Excited to continue.
