Ciao! I’m Andrea, a certified TESOL teacher with 25+ years of experience helping students master English and Italian. Born in Italy but shaped by a decade in the UK, I bridge cultures effortlessly—perfect for learners craving fluency with authenticity.
Freedom fuels me (yes, that includes solo travels and spontaneous didgeridoo sessions!), but my real passion is empowering students. Whether you’re a CEO polishing business English or a beginner tackling grammar, I’ll make it engaging.

I’ve been teaching English (and Italian to foreigners) and collaborating with private institutes in Italy since 2005.
I work as a self-employed teacher, with all the pros and cons that come with it.
Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience, working with a wide variety of learners—from primary school children to school students to one-on-one lessons with adults, . I’ve also taught members of the Italian Tax and Border Police, led conversation classes in high schools, conducted Business English courses for adults in companies,even CEOs , and prepared both students and professionals for various exams and certifications.

I enjoy designing tailor-made lessons and courses based on each student’s needs, and I strive to build a connection that goes beyond the typical teacher-student relationship, as I believe this can greatly support their learning and personal growth.
For example, in conversation classes, I like to explore a wide range of topics aimed at developing functional language and encouraging meaningful discussion.
When it comes to grammar lessons, I use a variety of techniques, engaging lesson plans, creative worksheets, and innovative materials to make grammar more enjoyable and accessible.

I've been an English Teacher, and Italian to foreigners, since 2005 and in the certificate section they are examples and proofs of my collaborations with different Private School I've been working with success ever since. i also have a T.E.F.L. / T.E.S.O.L Certificate

Andrea is an excellent teacher. My Italian level is a bit all over the place - my French is decent and I've been studying Italian with Duolingo for a while, but I really struggle with speaking. Rather than just working through a packaged lesson plan, Andrea always puts together something customized and gets me speaking and working through rough patches. He's very laid-back and supportive, which is super-helpful when my brain locks up. Highly recommended.
