Hey everyone! I'm a Japanese native currently traveling around the world seeking tribes and indigenous for learning primitive way of life and belief. Mainly South America and Africa for one year. My classes are all about easy-breezy talk. However, I only accept students with grammar basic knowledge or make conversation at least A2 level. Think of me like your language buddy—no worries about making mistakes. I highly encourage students to speak Japanese no mater mistakes you make. I don't mind throwing English into the mix quite a bit if needed I'm super into picking up new languages, especially to vibe with the locals wherever I go. Let's make language learning fun!

My Japanese is all about that standard Japanese vibe. And when it comes to my English, working at foreign companies, I’m basically handling it with ease. Now, here's the deal with our lessons: Don't stress about being perfect – the more mistakes, the more progress. Don't give up too quickly. Before you call it quits, pause, think, and feel free to ask. I'll hang tight until you come up with that word or phrase. Above all, let's keep it relaxed and enjoyable. If we're not having a good time, it could get a bit dull. So, just be yourself, bring your best effort, and chat with me like we're catching up with family. Let's stay genuine and make language learning enjoyable!

Quick heads up! For post-class tracking and sharing your thoughts, I'm all about Google Docs. Edit, add, turn it into your review playground. These are the examples of homework! Diary Writing: Craft a diary entry in Japanese. Podcast Summary: Listen to a podcast, summarize, and present it in our call. Video Review: Summarize a Netflix or YouTube video for discussion. Role Play - Japan Visit: Role play planning a trip to Japan. (restaurant, station,direction, shopping etc...) Picture Description: Describe images in Japanese for vocabulary boost. Pick one or mix it up for varied language practice! 🌐✨

I've been taking Japanese lessons with Mizuki for over a month now and it's been such an amazing experience! He's very friendly, helpful, and overall really fun to talk with and practice Japanese with. He's been very accommodating with planning role play scenarios and taking notes for me. I highly recommend working with Mizuki if you want to take your Japanese to the next level!

So far only 2 lessons with Mizuki but I really enjoy talking with him. Lessons are very casual and feel more like a fun conversation than a lesson, which is nice. I was super nervous for my first lesson but Mizuki was very patient and adjusted his level to match my understanding. Would highly recommend!

Mizuki san is an excellent teacher! He's incredibly patient, friendly and encouraging, and I appreciate that he puts me at my ease as I try to practice my spoken Japanese. He has a knack for explaining the nuances of certain words and phases and I appreciate that he pushes me to practice more advanced structures and vocabulary. After just three classes, I already feel more confident in my Japanese. I'm looking forward to my next lesson. Thank you!
