Ciao!I am a certified native Italian teacher with many years of experience around the globe. I started teaching in 2010, and I can say that this profession is my passion. Let me bring you to the next level and beyond with structured, engaging, tailored, and interactive lessons. I will give you an insight into how the Italian language works. You will progress steadily and quickly, having fun and learning about Italian culture. Your motivation will be high, and within a short time, you will see significant improvements. I have a communicative approach: we study a language to communicate with people and to travel. So, my main objective is to make you able to speak fluently and sound native. I speak Turkish, French and English at an advanced level. I would be very happy to help you pass CELI or CILS exams, the main Italian language certifications. I am a professional and dedicated teacher: I will coach and support you every step of the way to become fully competent and confident to communicate in Italian. After we've established your level of Italian, we will discuss your needs and expectations, and I’ll show you how my teaching expertise can help you become the best Italian speaker you can be. This has been an incredible experience. She is truly amazing, always clear in her explanations, attentive to my progress, and genuinely celebrates every success I achieve. Each lesson I have with Donatella is always extremely insightful, educational, and beneficial. I am always learning so many new things about the Italian language and culture. Also, her teaching techniques are incredibly effective. I am now able to have conversations about many different topics with my family and friends! If you want to start sounding like a native Italian, you should check her out!

Donatella è un'ottima insegnante che lavora sempre per creare delle lezioni secondo ai bisogni degli studenti. Mi ha aiutato con il mio vocabolario e la grammatica per provare la sfida dell'esame di CILS B2, sempre pensando delle mie competenze e difficoltà. Ha delle idee diverse per ogni lezioni e ha fatto uno sforzo per veramente conoscermi. Ho imparato tanto della lingua e la cultura italiana con Donatella e mi sono divertita moltissimo. Donatella has done an excellent job preparing me for the CILS B1 Cittadinanza that I'm scheduled to take next month. She's had me practice all four sections (ascolto, lettura, scritta, orale) and has provided good feedback. I'll continue weekly sessions with her to concentrate on speaking. She also assigns work outside of our sessions (such as writing) that she quickly reviews at the start of each lesson. I'm feeling more confident about passing the CILS B1 C (but I still need to work on my speaking!).

Donatella helped me prepare for and pass by CILS B1 standard last year, I was extremely happy with my results and now we are working towards CILS B2. It's great to get back into it!
