Hello! I’m Paola, a Brazilian psychologist passionate about connecting people and cultures through the Portuguese language. With life experience in Brazil and Europe, I understand the challenges faced by those learning the language outside the country. My background in psychology allows me to support foreigners in overcoming barriers and building confidence to communicate. I love working with Paola! She is a wonderful teacher and very easy to talk to. She creates a comfortable environment where I feel encouraged to ask questions, and she is always patient and supportive when I do. She offers homework when it’s helpful for my learning but also checks in to see what works best for me. I really appreciate how she adapts the lessons to support my goals and learning style.

I can’t recommend Paola enough. In just 30 minutes, I learned more than I sometimes do in a full Day of studying. The lesson was incredibly effective. She’s very patient, explains things clearly and her Knowledge is impressive. She also speaks multiple Languages and gives truly smart learning Strategies. I left the lesson with clear next Steps and with a lot more Confidence than I had before. Muito obrigado pela aula hoje, foi ótima! :)

Paola was great! Timely corrections, gives you space to work out your sentences, and can help in English and Spanish as well if needed. Recommended!
