I am from Nottingham, England. I have over 6 years of experience teaching students of all ages, levels, and backgrounds. I can help and support you with;
🟠 Conversational skills - build your confidence when speaking English.
🟡 IELTS improve speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
🟢 Business English - improve professional English skills, presentation and public speaking, language for meetings.
🔵 Kids English - A fun way to learn using stories, games, videos, and more.
🟣 Grammar - tenses, contractions, sentence structure.
I am learning Spanish, so I understand the obstacles of learning a new language. I am also a yoga teacher for adults and children.عني كمعلّم
I have over six years of experience teaching English online and face-to-face to students of all levels, from kindergarten and beginners to intermediate-level students. I lived in Vietnam teaching English for one year in private and public schools.
My style is very relaxed and approachable. I teach in a variety of ways such as role plays, conversation, listening, and reading exercises all to improve your English skills. Each class is varied, I use different learning methods to help improve memory and keep learning challenging.

My classes are fun and informative, I believe it's important to enjoy learning a language and build your confidence through practice, for sure you develop your language skills.
I have a variety of different resources and materials I can share with you to aid our lessons. We can assess your needs and decide on a learning method suited to you. I aim to provide you with support, motivation, feedback, corrections, and a positive experience while learning English.

Another wonderful lesson with Alana. We managed to talk about several topics and we did the ielts mock test together. Alana was really supportive and patient all over the test and did an amazing job. Also, I received feedback I need to improve my skills. There's no doubt that Alana truly deserves to be "a professional" teacher on our website. I really enjoy having lessons with Alana. We have a lot of speaking in the lessons. Alana provides a variety of content and resources based on my needs. I can choose topics that are interesting and close to me. As well we take some grammar topics which are not presented in a boring way. Lessons with Alana help me to develop my confidence in English. She is a really great teacher. Highly recommend!
