My name is Andy and I'm from Manchester in the UK. I'm a highly-qualified English language teacher with over 15 years' experience with top institutes such as the British Council and University College London, where I currently work as as Associate Lecturer in Academic English.
I have a degree in English and Philosophy, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education to teach English in high schools, and the CELTA and DELTA qualifications from Cambridge University to teach English as a Foreign Language. I'm also a certified IELTS examiner and I speak fluent Spanish, certified C2 from Cervantes University.عني كمعلّم
I have experience of teaching English as a second/foreign language in numerous contexts and countries across the globe, including schools in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America, teaching in multilingual and monolingual contexts and for all age groups. I offer tailor-made lessons for IELTS preparation, Academic English and Business English. I design every lesson around your needs, goals and time-frame. I use interactive software to display materials and type instant corrections and feedback during the class. I provide written notes from every class and written feedback on the homework tasks that are personalised to help you improve.

Excellent classes! Received a boatload of constructive feedback during my class which helped me to improve considerably my writing as well as speaking skills. Andy is a professional and engaged teacher, who understands quite well how to pimp up your skills. I improved a lot. Before I started the classes with him, I scored around 5.5 / 6, now I'm happy that I achieved a level in between 7+ to 8. Highly recommended to everyone who wants to seriously tackle the IELTS exam or improve the English skills to the next level.
