I really felt being interviewed during our mock job interview yesterday. Nigel carefully explained all my mistakes and following "maybes". Just invaluable experience.

This lesson is more about communication between two people with different mind and way of thinking and less about the technicalities of language learning. So often, naturally, people who speak different languages come with different perspectives.

I had a thought-provoking discussion with Nigel which helped me improve my speaking. I look forward to the next session.

‘The way never acts, yet nothing is left undone.’ As Taoism goes. I guess this could be an interpretation of ‘quiet quitting’. Or mine.

Probably being an observer of this society is more enjoyable and beneficial than being a participant.
