Language has always been more than communication to me. It's how we locate ourselves — how we signal who we are, where we've been, and who we're still becoming.
I'm LJ, founder of The Fluent Framework — a methodology built on the belief that real fluency isn't memorized. It's inhabited. It grows from identity, culture, and the slow work of becoming someone who doesn't just speak a language but lives inside it.
My sessions aren't lessons in the traditional sense. They're consultations — guided conversations with direction, intention, and something to show for them afterward.
Before we meet, I think about you. Your goals, your patterns, the gap between where you are and where you want to be. When we sit down together, we don't fill time. We work through something real.
Every student I work with has a living file — a record of their journey that grows with every session. You're not starting over each time we meet. You're building something.
I believe the best teaching happens when a student feels seen, not evaluated. My job isn't to correct you into fluency. It's to guide you into it.

I had a really great time with Lawrence. He's very friendly, smiley and joyful! He makes you feel relaxed and comfortable while speaking a new language. Also, he's very prepared on the topic of learning a new language. He has a method that makes you progress fast along your journey of acquiring a new language. The lesson with Lawrence was awesome! I really enjoyed it. We covered so many different topics, and the conversation just flowed naturally.
Lawrence is super supportive and genuinely fun to talk to. He creates such a comfortable atmosphere that you’re not afraid to make mistakes or just speak freely.
