I specialize in enhancing executive performance through targeted development in key areas: confidence building, public speaking, career development, and negotiation. My background in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, coupled with extensive experience in technology and policy implementation, allows me to drive significant professional growth for executives across various sectors.

With over two decades of leadership development and global professional training, I bring a unique blend of strategic management and cross-cultural communication expertise. My 21 years of experience managing high-volume operations, coupled with my academic leadership at the University of Illinois and subsequent international training roles, have equipped me to drive impactful results in diverse environments.

All lessons are dynamic and customized to client needs. Topics range from current events, historical data, traditional English grammar and vocabulary material. My teaching style is professional, light hearted, warm, confident and informative. I like to challenge my clients and ask interesting questions that pertain to their field of study. I also create a course Kanban so that progress can be tracked and clients can learn what areas require the most focus. Everything learned in our session will is easily accessible and you will be able revisit old notes and materials to study.
Every session has shared actionable advice and is an opportunity for growth.
