Francesca and I have been working together for almost a year, and it has been a tremendously rewarding experience. She is amazing! Her patience, kindness, and sense of humor build trust and confidence, and have helped me finally to speak Italian without so much fear and hesitation. Every lesson has been customized based on my own interests: we've discussed podcasts, songs, films and documentaries, books, articles, and video clips. And played crossword puzzles! I have learned so, so much about the language, the history, and the culture of Italy. Francesca truly has her students' best interests and learning at heart, and I would recommend her to students at any level.

With every lesson with Francesca I am being exposed to different aspects of Italiano culture and learning much not only about the language, but about the society. I am grateful to have such an intellectual and thoughtful teacher.
