¡Hola! I’m Miguel, a certified Spanish teacher (Instituto Cervantes/UPB) from Colombia with real-world experience across Mexico and Spain. My superpower? Making beginners and travelers feel confident fast—no textbooks, just practical, fun Spanish!

I hold certifications in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language from both the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana and Instituto Cervantes. With over 3 years of experience in online teaching, I have accumulated hundreds of hours guiding students in learning Spanish. My specialties are Spanish for beginners and for travel purposes. I believe that the key to learn a language is to use it right from the start, even if you don’t have any previous knowledge of Spanish.
I adopt a communicative approach aiming to make your learning journey as enjoyable and easy as possible. I see language as building blocks, enabling students to gradually progress from individual words to complete sentences. I prioritize speaking skills initially and then introduce grammar and new vocabulary in a more natural and intuitive manner.
