I enjoy her conversation practice lessons because she is a fun person, thus making chit-chatting very entertaining. Also she's very good at estimating one's level and adjusting her sentences/questions accordingly. This way the lessons are both instructive (I learn a ton of useful vocabulary each time!) and morale-boosting.

Tuyet was very well prepared for the lesson. She has a good sense of humour which makes language learning easier. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Vietnamese is a very difficult language. When you learn something new, the sense of progress is absolutely necessary to keep on learning. I've been feeling like I've been progressing a lot thanks to Tuyet's lessons!

Another great lesson with Tuyet! There are words in Vietnamese that don't efficiently translate into one word in English. But Tuyet has the uncanny ability to draw out closely proximate definitions in English by discussing the word's usage and providing many examples using the word as well as having you provide examples. Her teaching style is very collaborative and, because of that, I retain more from my lessons. Highly recommend her.
