Your French journey starts here — and you're in good hands. 🇫🇷 I'm a native French speaker with 12 years of private teaching experience, both in Berlin and on Italki. I completed a year-long teacher training course to sharpen my skills, and I genuinely love what I do. Whether you want to master grammar, work on your pronunciation, or simply have a real conversation in French, I adapt every lesson to your personal goals. In our very first session, we talk about what you need — and from there, I build the lessons around you. I believe learning a language should feel natural and enjoyable, not stressful. The more relaxed you feel, the faster you progress. We can chat about everyday life, current events, or dive into grammar details — whatever works best for you. I'm patient, a good listener, and I always make sure my explanations are clear before moving on. My students often tell me they feel comfortable making mistakes, which is exactly how real progress happens. Beyond French, I hold a master's degree in political science and have travelled widely, giving me the chance to strengthen my English and German along the way. I love reading, cycling, watching films in their original language, and discovering new cultures — topics that often make for great conversation practice! I’ve had several lessons with Anthony. They are very enjoyable, and he has been very helpful. I’ve taken both conversation sessions, and formal lessons and he has been great at both and is willing to adapt to my goals and needs. He always writes down vocabulary that I don’t understand in the chat, so I can make flashcards for them later. He has also helped me with grammar exercises to help me prepare for an exam. When I don’t understand a grammar point or some vocabulary, he is very patient and kind with explaining it.

He is really patient and talks slow enough to understand him. We always laugh and have a good time talking to each other. If I say something wrong, he‘ll correct me in the chat. I am sure that I‘m going to improve my french with his help!
