I love teaching Arabic, and I find great joy in sharing my knowledge of the language with others. Teaching Arabic allows me to not only help others learn the language but also to introduce them to a new culture.
Getting to know other cultures is a passion of mine. I believe that learning about other cultures helps us become more open-minded and empathetic toward others. It also helps us appreciate the diversity in our world.
Helping others is something that brings me a lot of fulfillment. Whether it's through teaching Arabic or volunteering in my community, I believe that helping others is an important part of being a good human being.عني كمعلّم
I studied at the Institute for Teaching Arabic in Damascus, earning certificates in Teaching Arabic as a Foreign Language and Online Teaching. With over five years of experience and more than 5500 online sessions, I am deeply passionate about education. Teaching is not just a job for me; it’s a joy and a privilege. I love connecting with students, sharing new knowledge and skills, and helping them achieve their goals. I specialize in teaching formal Arabic, Syrian dialect, Arabic for specific fields, and reading the Holy Quran.I use an integrated education series to teach beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners. Ali is a great teacher. During his classes, the content is always relevant and interesting and I always learn a lot.
The content is relevant and interesting because he asks what I want to learn about and then we focus on exactly that. The classes also have a really nice structure to ensure I get both repetition and variation.
I told Ali early on that I only want to use Arabic during class, even though I'm a beginner. This works really well since
Ali is great at explaining new words using images, body language, objects in the room and even his acting skills to help me understand new words/expressions/phrases.
And I think that's why I learn so quickly, we're using the language and we're only talking about things I want to talk about. So tell Ali what you want to learn and you'll find yourself speaking Arabic a lot quicker than you thought.

This was my first lesson and I'm really pleased! Ali worked with me to find the right level and then from there everything flowed smoothly. He had a well structured lesson and I'm looking forward to taking more.

Lessons with Ali are excellent. He is very well prepared and ensures that the lessons are structured to maximise your learning. Most importantly Ali is focused throughout and he is genuinely invested in your learning and enjoys seeing your use, and develop in, the language. I highly recommend Ali whatever your ability and whether you are learning MSA or dialect.

A great lesson with Ali after I took a short break from studying. Ali always brings excellent materials to the lesson. His patience and attention to detail on my accent and grammar make him an excellent teacher. Highly recommended.
