Hello, language enthusiasts! My name is Galina and I hope to become your English or Russian teacher! I'm originally from Russia and currently live here. My interests include foreign languages and cultures, art, reading, dancing, travelling etc. I would describe myself as a sociable, open-minded and responsible person who likes to discover a lot of new things and meet new people. I’m currently improving my Spanish and plan to learn another foreign language in the future, so I understand the excitement and challenges of language learning. I've been working as a tutor of English for 8 years with different kinds of students: children, teens and adults. So I understand the personal needs of each category. I obtained a Bachelor's degree in teaching foreign languages: English and German in the State Pedagogical University. I am also a holder of TKT (Teaching Knowledge Test) Cambridge Certificates in all 3 modules (Bands 4). I tend to structure my lessons according to the needs of my students. My goal is to be a good teacher and a memorable mentor for you, who can support and encourage you to learn English or Russian. My classes are mostly speaking-oriented, but we can always figure out what's the best for you and follow the most suitable way of learning. I'm doing my best, so my students enjoy the lessons, overcome their fears and start enjoying the process of speaking a foreign language. My mission is to motivate you and to show that you CAN actually speak!

Galina is an excellent teacher! She is knowledgeable, kind, encouraging, and always well-prepared for the lessons. She always designs lessons in a motivating way, creates a positive atmosphere, listens patiently, and provides quality feedback in every lesson. Galina is my favorite English teacher, very sensitive and understanding! She creates a comfortable atmosphere in class and selects up-to-date topics that are interesting even outside the lessons! I like that the teacher provides the basics, and we immediately put them into practice! On top of that, everything happens in a very relaxed manner, and after each lesson, I leave in a wonderful mood!
