Hi everyone. I'm Yuri, currently living in Canada. Before I came to Canada, I used to work as a translator for a technical diving company and as a sales representative in the IT industry in Tokyo. I enjoy listening to metal/screamo music, checking out vintage clothing shops, cooking, and playing basketball. If you have in common with, let's talk about it :)

I've been teaching Japanese to friends and people I met in a language exchange community for roughly over 5 years. I believe that focusing on outputting what you've learned and finding out mistakes is the shortcut to improve your language skills. However, in daily life, don't you think it's hard to have the opportunity to output a lot and someone who corrects your errors? Therefore, let's practice them in my lesson.

My lesson is conversation-based. I cover a wide range of area that includes, Japanese for daily conversations, free Japanese conversation, academic Japanese, and so on. My lesson will be adjusted based on what you want to learn, so please let me know if you have any requests. Also, don't worry If there's anything unclear to you because I can help you in English as well.

Excellent teacher!!! She is patient and lets you speak as much as possible. I like how she reviews what you've learned after so you are not overwhelmed. Sweet girl!
