HELLO! I’m Nosie, a native English and isiXhosa teacher from sunny South Africa 🇿🇦, now in Pennsylvania, USA 🇺🇸. With 4 years of TEFL-certified experience, I specialize in **Conversational English, Travel English, and isiXhosa lessons**—helping students speak confidently while exploring cultures!

I have an experience of tutoring English face to face classroom to children and online I had tutored both children and adults from different parts of the world.

In lessons I am open to discussion of open-minded conversations and broadly topics that interest the students. I promote learning through allowing the student to set a goal in what they want to achieve in lessons of learning the language than we work on achieving that goal.
The student is allowed to have opinions and suggestions and tell me what will better works for them in order learning to be more effective.
I believe learning is more effective when it is in two-way direction efforts from student and teacher. Nosi has done a great job with our lessons. Today we went deeper into the culture of the language to help me understand the culture and why the language is spoken in different ways in different circumstances. She does a great Job in helping me to comprehend the language. The study of the grammar really helped today as well. I'm about 9 weeks into the lessons and I'm starting to see how her approach is helping me to see beyond memorization and starting to comprehend things more. Looking forward to our next session.
