I’m Najma, your native Indonesian tutor with 4 years of experience helping students speak confidently! Born and raised in Jakarta, I’ve experienced the city’s vibrant mix of cultures, business, and daily life—perfect for teaching real-world Bahasa Indonesia for travel, work, or relocation.

Speaking 3 languages made me know how challenging it is to learn something new, especially language. however, these abilities have made me adapt quickly in a new environment and bring me a new area of confidence. I am confident in my ability to teach with creative ideas for you.
Everyone has different needs, and everyone comes from different situations. So, I am flexibly focusing on these needs to find lessons that can be useful and suits you best!

my teaching style is engaging-relaxed method but still organized, we'll discuss and identify your exact needs during our first lesson, and also decide which level you should be.
I will use Google Doc during classes because it can be edit real-time by both side, very easy, has many useful features like grammar correction, spelling, etc. Both sides can track the progress on the file, and assignments.
Beside that, for teaching materials I will use Indonesian grammar book, textbook for foreign speaker, and also BIPA (Bahasa Indonesia untuk Penutur Asing-Indonesian Language for Foreigners) an Indonesian language skills learning program including speaking, writing, reading, and listening.موادي الخاصة بالتدريس

DELF A2 - the French Ministry of Education - 2021To obtain a DELF certificate, a student must successfully pass both a written exam and an oral interview at the DELF level of their choice.
A2 Elementary: At this level, a person can understand and express simple, everyday information (ordering food, talking about weather) and can express common feelings. At this stage, the person can interact in a simple way with French speakers.

Najma is a very nice and competent teacher. Her lessons are interesting and fun.
As a native speaker she obviously knows Indonesian well, but her English is also very good, which helps me lot as I do no understand everything in bahasa yet. Highly recommended!
