📚My personality is warm & affectionate and I care deeply for people, teaching brings this out of me. I put a lot of effort into discovering my students specific needs, then adapting my teaching style and content around this to ensure they are satisfied and reach the language goals they set out for themselves.
📚I'm very approachable and naturally charismatic. I create an encouraging environment where students can learn and practice the language with ease whilst also being challenged to grow.

I believe that learning should be engaging and interesting as well as real-world relevant. Therefor I make sure to incorporate the current affairs and your interests in each lesson.

I develop your lessons according to your specific needs, interests & weaknesses (determined with a needs analysis form before our first lesson).
📌MATERIALS:
I make use of various resources to create engaging, professional PowerPoint lessons.
I also work on interactive virtual worksheets with my students, in this way we can write and edit on the same page in real-time just like in a normal classroom.

The lessons I taught in this year of experience are the same as what I am providing on italki. General English, Conversational English, Business English and English for children. I am moving to italki because I believe it is a better platform for learning and for teaching.

My son already took the lessons more than 5 times.
It was very good and helpful for him so he's literally enjoying the class.
Especially, the teacher is truly professional. During the class, she uses lots of materials for his interests. Such as videos, pictures, and some talks.
As soon as my son expresses something he likes, she searches and shows that to him to keep paying attention to have lessons joyful, discuss that as well.
As matter of fact, my son doesn't like writing. But she leads him to write something as courage him.
Also, she keeps the time well, and her preparation is thorough.
And I can see what he was doing in class through some Webpage she sent me.
I think her lesson is perfect for him. I would love my son to keep having the lesson with her.

Venetia is a supportive and engaging teacher. She always well-prepared before class and she does useful slides every time! I moved to L.A. recently, and she helped me on slangs and idioms which I heard and used in daily conversation. I appreciate her help and I enjoy classes with her!
