Hello all, this is Kaayathri from Tamilnadu, India.I'm a counselor and a motivational speaker.
Fluency in any language is often misunderstood as speaking fast. But, it is speaking the language without hesitation, not thinking much in search of words, speaking with smoothness. The road to master any language is not very easy. It needs a lot of practice and interest.
