Hallo, future German learners! I’m Nikos—a greek multilingual mentor born in Germany, raised in Bavaria, and now living in Colombia. Fluent in four languages (German, Greek, Spanish, English), I lived the challenge of mastering German from zero as a child—and thrived!
My secret? Turning struggle into strategy. At 9, I switched from Greek to German school, conquering the language in just one year. If I did it, you can too—and I’ll make it fun with cultural insights from my globetrotter life. Let’s turn your goals into victories!"

Absolutely fantastic! It's clear he has passion for helping people learn German, which is not always the case with all tutors on Italki. You can easily tell he takes this seriously and has even gone over time to explain something. I've booked all my future lessons with him! He's definitely an excellent teacher :)

I can't praise Nikos enough as a tutor nor can I recommend him enough - he's a fantastic teacher! He's brilliant at what he does and is very patient. Not only that, but he also makes the lessons very fun and takes a great deal of interest in his students, their hobbies and preferences. This tailored experience makes the learning process not only effective but also very, very fun! I don't doubt that under Nikos' tutelage, I will become fluent in german one day and i look forward to having many more lessons with him. Tausend dank Nikos! Wir sehen uns in der nächsten Klasse bro!
