TutorSince July 16, 2020, I’ve been teaching on Italki, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with students from all around the world, helping them improve their language skills. The diversity of learners has broadened my teaching methods and deepened my understanding of different cultures. Each lesson is an opportunity to learn and grow, and I’m grateful for the experience and all the connections I’ve made along the way.
2023 - 2024
Teaching Practicum InternIn 2023, I began a 60-hour practicum as a teaching intern at a local school, where I developed and delivered language lessons. I worked closely with experienced teachers, honing my skills in creating engaging and effective lessons while adapting my approach to meet the diverse needs of students. Due to my performance, I was accepted again in 2024, completing an additional 60 hours, for a total of around 120 hours. This hands-on experience has significantly enhanced my teaching techniques.

Jhon has a lot of flexibility within his lessons. You may have a question regarding the last lesson you had with him or even two lessons ago and he will take the time to go over what you need help with to gain a better understanding of the building blocks to learn the Spanish language.

I would recommend Jhon to anyone who is looking for learning Spanish. He uses real world examples as well as tools to aid in your learning process. I have been working with him for 3 weeks and already find comfort with pronunciation with new words I see, using a collection of common phrases, and using the lessons we've covered on the structure/framework of the language to communicate simple sentences with little assistance.
