Hello! My name is Janet, and I am from the south west of England. I have traveled to many countries, including South Africa, the USA, Thailand, Russia and many European countries too! I love to travel but also I love running, swimming, doing yoga, and baking! These are some of the things I like to talk about with my students.عني كمعلّم
I have a BA Hons degree in English with American literature, and I qualified as an English teacher in 2018. Since then, I have worked abroad in Thailand, Russia, and also online. I am a happy, confident, and patient teacher who always tries to find the best, and most fun ways to teach my students! I have taught students of all ages, from 6 year olds to adults, so I am happy to take on any and all students.دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
I am very laidback, friendly, and patient in my teaching approach, but most of all I am enthusiastic! I use many teaching methods to suit my students needs, which include flashcards, pictures, music, and videos. I go for a communication style lesson, to focus on fluency. I have taught a variety of levels and ages, from beginners to advanced, and from young learners to adults. English TeacherI taught students between the ages of 8 and 12 years old. There were a variety of different subjects including science, health and English for communication.
2020 - 2022
English TeacherI taught students (kids and teens) of all ages, from 6-17 years old. We did lots of exam preparation for students wanting to do the Cambridge English exams. The lessons were communication focused, with lots of work on vocabulary, grammar and use of English.
2021 - 2022
Online English TeacherI have been teaching a few students privately on zoom. My lessons include general English and communication practice, reading, listening, and exam preparation for the Cambridge YLE Starters exam.

Online English TeacherI teach students aged between 6 and 12 years old English online, in small groups. I use books, audio files, songs, videos, and powerpoints in my lessons.

Janet is an amazing teacher! Very helpful, motivating, and reliable, I'd give more stars if I could! I took a "proofreading" lesson and I was impressed by how careful her proofreading was, she really exceeded my expectations!

During the lesson it is noticeable that the teacher prepared the lesson in advance.
It is also clear that the teacher customized the lesson according to my needs and goals.
Another positive point I have to underline is the teacher's commitment and professionalism during the whole lesson.
