Hi, I’m Jo Katsani — a passionate native German teacher with over 16 years of experience. I was born in Germany and raised in Greece, so I speak both German and Greek as my native languages, and I’m fluent in English.
I hold a degree in German Philology and Literature, and throughout my career I’ve taught in public and private schools, led private lessons both online and in person, and volunteered as a teacher in Indonesia. I’m also a certified examiner for Greece’s state language exams.
I teach students of all ages — from beginners to advanced. Whether you're learning German for school, work, travel, or certification exams, I’m here to help you learn with confidence, structure, and joy.عني كمعلّم
I’m an experienced teacher, but above all, I truly love what I do. My goal is for you to enjoy both the learning process and the language itself. I create a safe, supportive space where you can feel comfortable, make mistakes without fear, and grow from them. I’ll be right there to guide you every step of the way. At the end of this beautiful trip I felt so blessed and that these children taught me more than I could ever teach them.
