It's a journey that forced upon me - the exploration encouraged of the love I have for kids, their fragile minds. This was after my Honor's degree (post-graduate) year - thus one could argue that I was well equipped for the position, knowledge from my research writing (proposal + paper) = inclusive of human behavior, granted me a great depth concerning the subject.
