Hi! My name is Autumn, and I’m from Canada 🇨🇦😊
I’m a fully qualified ESL teacher with a Bachelor’s in English Language and Literature from Brock University and a CELTA certification from the University of Cambridge.
In 2022, I spent a year in South Korea as a native English teacher, and I absolutely loved the experience!
A little about me—I’m passionate about art and movies! I love painting and watching thriller TV shows and films (some of my favorites are The Walking Dead and Breaking Bad).
I have an easygoing personality and enjoy meeting new people. I’d love to be both your English teacher and your friend! 🌟عني كمعلّم

ESL High School TeacherI have experience teaching ESL to Grade 12 students from China, where I designed and delivered my own curriculum. I created lesson plans, developed exams, and provided detailed feedback to help students improve their English skills. In addition to teaching, I also graded assignments and assessments, ensuring that each student received the support they needed to succeed. This experience has helped me become a more structured, adaptable, and student-focused teacher.
2023 - 2024
ESL TeacherI worked as an ESL teacher at ILAC, helping students worldwide improve their English. I taught IELTS preparation, creating custom materials and guiding students to pass their exams. It was rewarding to see their success and receive heartfelt letters from them. I also taught fluency-focused ESL classes, helping students gain confidence in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. My goal was to create a supportive environment where they could express themselves freely.
2022 - 2023
Native English TeacherI taught English in South Korea to 400+ middle school students, designing my own lessons to make learning engaging and effective. I focused on improving their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills while creating a fun and interactive classroom environment. I adapted my teaching to different learning styles and needs, ensuring students gained confidence in using English. This experience strengthened my ability to teach large groups while keeping lessons dynamic and engaging.
2019 - 2022
English TeacherI taught English Literature with a focus on essay writing, helping students develop strong analytical and writing skills. My guidance in crafting compelling essays and refining their academic writing played a key role in helping students gain admission to Ivy League schools. I tailored my lessons to each student's strengths, ensuring they could express their ideas clearly and confidently. Seeing my students achieve such incredible success was truly rewarding!
