Ciao! I'm Luciana, a native Italian and language enthusiast. I graduated in "Linguistic Mediation" from the University ISIT in Trento, specializing in Spanish, English, and Italian.
Having mastered Spanish in three years, I'm eager to share tips for accelerating your Italian learning journey. My teaching style is tailored to your needs, making lessons effective and enjoyable in a dynamic environment.

Emphasizing practical communication skills, we dedicate a substantial portion of each session—around 15-20 minutes—to speaking. Additionally, we cover grammar, vocabulary, and exercises, applying these concepts to real conversation.
To enhance comprehension and inject some fun into our sessions, we occasionally engage in linguistic games like crosswords. If desired, we can incorporate activities such as dictations and listenings to further enrich the learning experience. Absolutely LOVE lessons with Luciana! She is the most creative teacher, extremely commited to student's progress. Understands the importance of fun in the learning process, yet very disciplined when it comes to pointing out diligently and patiently the cardinal errors. She truly cares about your dream to learn beautiful Italian language. During the class I virtually am in Italy wih her, talking about the current events, weather, "moods for foods" etc... Grammar, pronunciation and syntax rules just sink in as we spend time together. Grazie mille Luciana!!!

I’ve had now more than 10 lessons with Luciana, and she has been patient and understanding of my needs and strengths. Because she also speaks other languages and is currently learning more she has the capacity to understand the process of teaching and learning very well.
I definitely recommend her, she is not only an excellent teacher but has also given me great tips and insights of the Italian culture that otherwise would have taken many years to understand.
