I have had 90 lessons with Julio now - and I think that speaks for itself! He is such an engaging and motivating teacher who has massively helped me improve my Spanish and take it to the next level. Just completed my first trial lesson with Julio and it was by far the best lesson I’ve had. I have tried a few others out on this app and through other avenues, but Julio’s lesson was different. He uses a Google doc to structure the activities, record new words and phrases, and provide correction. This increased my learning in the moment and gives a document I can use to reinforce concepts between lessons. Julio also noticed something in how I was constructing sentences and did an activity to teach me the correct way to do it. He used a fun activity to get to know each other while practicing the sentence structure. It’s clear that Julio isn’t just a multi-lingual speaker - he is a true teacher that understands how adults learn. I am thrilled to continue lessons with Julio and am hopeful for how I will improve with his help.

I’m very happy with my experience learning with Julio. I’ve had different teachers before, but this is honestly the best experience I’ve had. Julio is very attentive, well-structured, and explains everything clearly and in an easy way. Before we started, he asked me about my goals and what I wanted from the lessons, and our study plan turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. I already finished my first package of five lessons and bought another one because I can really feel my progress.
