Julijana

Absolutely enjoyed Croatian lessons with Julijana. As a non-native speaker and someone whose mother language (Mandarin) is nowhere close to Croatian, these lessons have been surprisingly easier than I imagined - they are very well-organized and progresses at a suitable speed so you won't feel lost or discouraged. There is also plenty of time for you to speak and practice during each class. I have only been booking lessons for six months and I feel like I've already learned so much!

I have been learning from Julijana for a half of a year now and I have made substantial progress in my Croatian! Every lesson Julijana comes prepared and has a thought out, interactive, and fun lesson planned for me. I look forward to all my lessons and she is so personable, kind, considerate, and smart. She is very patient and helpful with pronunciations, grammar, and translations. I look forward to many more lessons with Julijana as I continue my journey learning my first foreign language! Julijana is a great teacher and I feel very lucky to have connected with her. At our first meeting, I expressed my goals and Julijana been great at catering our lessons accordingly. Julijana is fun to work with and I love that she pushes me to speak more Croatian during our lessons. She's patient and uses multiple modes of teaching (games, homework, conversation, reading/writing, etc.). My Croatian has definitely improved and I look forward to every lesson. I would recommend Julijana to anyone. Hvala puno, Julijana!
