I spent 6 weeks in Colombia and took lessons every day with Natalia. In total, I took about 60 lessons. In those 6 weeks, Natalia helped me get from no experience to intermediate-level Spanish. Natalia skips out the fluff of language learning and focuses on the most important parts of conversational Spanish. She is also encouraging and extremely kind. With Natalia’s help, I was able to talk to locals for hours within just a few weeks of lessons (which is quite rare). I cannot praise her enough as a teacher.

Natalia has all the qualities that make her an excellent teacher. She is intelligent and perceptive, and she listens and understands even my horrible Spanish. She is very patient and helpful, always kind, and lets me make mistakes without trying to correct me unless asked. I'm trying to learn Spanish and so I try to only speak Spanish in our lessons, but she is also fluent in English and is able to explain things if I get stuck. She has structured lessons with course materials if you want more formal training, but I prefer to use my lessons to practice pronunciation and conversation. So far I have had 8 lessons with Natalia and I can tell already that lessons with her have made a large improvement in my language learning progress. She also has a very pleasant voice with an accent that is easy to understand. I plan to continue taking lessons with her.
