Arsena is my favorite English teacher, not only beautiful and kind-hearted but also exceptionally professional in English teaching. Due to my limited vocabulary, I have encountered many inconveniences in communication, but she always patiently listens, teaches, and provides quality feedback. Her intelligence always eases many awkward situations. I always look forward to the next online session with her after each class ends. Her affability is remarkable, and she is a girl who loves to smile. I used to be a student who felt insecure about English, but she has given me strong positive energy and changed me, making me more confident. Her professionalism and friendly personality are enough to prove that she is not only an excellent teacher but also a suitable friend.🥰

I have taken many lessons with Arsena already and will continue to do so, she has improved not only my vocabulary and grammar, but my everyday speaking and listening skills as well. She is always helpful and will go over something as many times as needed at your request. As well she is caring and wants to see you succeed. She is also understanding with scheduling which is also another big plus. Everything you need she has. I 100% recommend this teacher not only are the lessons fun enough to enjoy learning but also conversations with her can even make your day.

I had a perfect lesson with Arsena! We introduced ourselves, I explained my reasons for learning Albanian, and she provided an introduction to Albanian grammar. Arsena was enthusiastic, good-natured, and well-prepared. I cannot imagine a better introductory lesson!

Arsena is an excellent teacher. In particular, she is open-minded, eager to help me with my language and it’s very easy to have fruitful conversations with her. You immediately recognise her passion for teaching and her will to improve your language skills. Moreover, she is not just professional but also a great person, who creates a relaxing study atmosphere. All in all, I am very pleased to have her as my teacher and can only recommend to choose her as your language teacher, as well.

Arsena teaching style mirrors my learning style as she is direct, patient, and calm. Also, she reviews the formal and informal versions that simultaneously prepares a student to speak fluently and casually as well as prepare for a certification exam.

Arsena is motivating, encouraging and realised well my level (true beginners). She is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the lesson with her. It was my first trial lesson in italki.
