Hello! My name is Yuka.
I was born and raised in Tokyo, and I currently live in Nagoya. I love traveling abroad, snowboarding, playing tennis, and connecting with people from all over the world.
I look forward to helping you enjoy learning Japanese!عني كمعلّم
Before becoming a Japanese language teacher, I worked as a flight attendant and also have experience as a secretary.
Thanks to my background in the corporate world, I’m confident in teaching practical expressions used in business settings as well as beautiful, refined Japanese.
Additionally, I have neat and beautiful handwriting.
In Japan, people often compliment those who write well. If you're interested in improving your handwriting in Hiragana, Katakana, or Kanji, I’d be happy to give you tips!دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
In my lessons, I speak mainly in Japanese to help you immerse yourself in the language.
I use various materials such as news articles, essays, and other content based on your interests and goals.These lessons are designed to help you improve all four language skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing. I also focus on accurate pronunciation and intonation, and I’ll provide detailed corrections as needed.

Yuka is a very thoughtful teacher. She took her time to gauge my level and quickly figured out where we could work together to improve my Japanese
I also noticed that she's very patient when I need to work through a more complicated thought. I appreciate this because it gives me an opportunity to practice expressing myself without preparing in advance.

First official lesson with Yuka-san. We reviewed greetings and learned introductions. I learned four sentences related to introductions during this lesson. Yuka-san helped a lot with my pronunciation and understanding sentence structure.

Yuka is friendly, patient, and supportive. She used simple Japanese to help explain new/unfamiliar vocabulary, and also provided some new vocabulary and grammar corrections/suggestions in written format. I enjoyed my conversation practice with Yuka. Thanks, Yuka!
