Hi! My name is Fátima, and I am a native Spanish speaker from Granada, a city in the south of Spain where I currently live.
I am an English philologist and hold a Master's degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language. Since finishing my studies, I have been teaching both English and Spanish to students of all ages and backgrounds.عني كمعلّم
For four years, I worked as a Spanish teacher in several secondary schools in Milton Keynes, a city just 30 minutes from London. It was an incredibly rewarding experience where I learned a lot about British culture.
Now, I live in Granada and work 100% online, teaching Spanish to students from all over the world. I love sharing my Spanish culture, especially Andalusian culture and, more specifically, everything about Granada—the city of the Alhambra. I’d be delighted to teach you all about it if you’re interested!
I have also taught Spanish to young children in England, where I used to give private lessons at home. We played super fun games that the kids absolutely loved! دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
My Spanish lessons are very dynamic, you choose the pace and the topic. I like to use idiomatic phrases used in the day to day. The first class is an introduction lesson to learn about your goals and aspirations and then create personalized lessons based on what you would like to acheive.
In a typical lesson I like to start with a general conversation as an introduction and then introduce the topic we will work on during the class, ending the class with a wrap up and discussion of any doubts. I like to use all types of material, from texts, to youtube videos, newspaper articles, role plays, and general discussions.موادي الخاصة بالتدريس

Fatima is a great teacher. I really enjoy our classes and I'm learning a lot from them (intermediate level). She's warm, friendly and super professional. She has a great ability to explain even difficult concepts in ways that make it really easy to follow. She is really adaptive as well. Whilst she comes prepared with a plan for our classes, she's happy to spend more or less time on certain points as needed, or even digress temporarily from the plan if she sees a learning opportunity. Finally, I don't have a lot of experience with textbooks etc, but the materials she uses are good quality and have been helpful. I'm really happy to recommend Fatima as a Spanish teacher!

Fatima is a great teacher and professional!
I am particulraly impressed at Fatima's ability to provide new insights for an Upper Intermediate learner like me as the upper intermediate level can be a challenge, and requires a unique teaching skillset, one that understands the grammar and subtleties of the language at a deep level.
Each lesson has exercises that allow me to practise more advanced grammatical concepts in a context where I feel comfortable. We also have plenty of freedom to talk about whatever topic we want.
I couldn't recommend Fatima enough for anyone looking to take their Spanish to the next level.
