I always enjoyed teaching Portuguese to people in an informal way. I don't have a strong background in teaching but I believe my experience as a native and also as a learner of other languages (English and Spanish) makes me a pretty good fit for this role as a tutor here on Italki.دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
My teaching style is friendly and patient, so don't worry if you are a begginer.
We can work during our classes on articles, games, Q&A, homeworks.
I believe the best methodology when it comes to teaching is focusing on conversation, so you must come to class prepared to share, talk and don't be afraid if you make mistakes, as it part of the process!

It was my second lesson with Karina, and both were fantastic. I feel very comfortable speaking with her, as she is very friendly, calm and warm. She had a topic ready to study, and she was careful to ask if I wanted corrections to be made as the errors happen, knowing that this can be an issue for some students, but which I am glad to receive. The experience is excellent and I will be returning for many more!

Today I had one of the best lessons. Karina put together a lesson that had me review the alphabet, spelling in Portuguese, days of the week and daily routine activities. The part of the lesson about routine activities gave me exposure to tenses I was not familiar with. I now have a headache - in a good way. She stretched my ability to communicate, which will be very helpful. Muito obrigado pela sua ajuda Karina!

Karina was absolutely great, I had a wonderful time with her, a 90 minutes course and it went so fast. I learnt a lot, She had a learning book ready with images, easy to understand. I recommend her.
