When I have difficulty on spoking Japanese, Megumi sensei patiently listened what i going to say then she structured well the sentence it should be, and taught me a lot of vocabularies which is essential for expression. Also when I came across certain expressions in conversation, I told Megumi sensei what I thought, confirmed with her the context and meaning as I understood them, she told me how they are usually expressed in practice. I learned a lot from her. What she taught me helped prevent misunderstandings or speaking rude that could have occurred when speaking with Japanese people. I was really grateful for her explanations, especially regarding the choice of words when speaking to friends, strangers, or superiors. Even when the meaning is the same, using appropriate wording is very important.
