Mamoru-san is easy to talk to and very encouraging. He makes learning and practicing what you know feel very natural. He's just the kind of guy people would like to have around in basically any situation.

I booked this lesson a few days before my trip to Japan because I'd been studying phrases on my own and wanted to hear how they actually sounded to a native speaker. Mamoru was patient, gave real feedback, and helped me sound more natural without overcomplicating things. Went in nervous, came out feeling ready. Exactly what I needed. Highly recommend for anyone in the same boat.
