She helped me prepare for difficult conversations in challenging work situations and gave me amazing guidance on how to handle some professional matters and express myself more professionally. I loved meeting Emily! She didn't just teach me grammar, pronunciation and vocabulary, but also shared a little bit about Japan, Saipan and her learning methods, all within a 30 minute lesson. She was also very dedicated to writing notes that I can review later, and took my request to correct every mistake seriously, which really helped me understand what level I'm currently at.
