Hi, my name is Holly and I am from Canada! I am bilingual in English and French.
I became interested in language learning when I went on a three-month French exchange to Lyon in high school. I fell in love with the language learning process, and I hope to be able to help you on your English learning journey!
Currently, I am studying history and English language and literature in my Bachelor’s degree at the University of Geneva in Switzerland. I love history, literature, and travelling.عني كمعلّم
Whether at a beginner, intermediate, or advanced level, my goal is always to help my students improve their English. I love when students actively participate and ask questions!
I have been teaching English every week for the past year to high school and elementary school students. I have experience teaching English grammar and academic writing. I can help with essay-writing and literature analysis for more advanced students.
When learning a language, I don’t believe there are any mistakes. I think of “mistakes” rather as an "opportunity for learning" – an opportunity which I will help you learn from during our lessons!دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
I give lessons in grammar, writing, pronunciation, and conversation practice for any level of English. I can give explanations in either English or French, depending on your current English level, although of course we will speak in English as much as possible! I also love to include extracts of novels or poetry which complement the concepts we are learning.
After class, I will always send you a document detailing everything we learned in our lesson. If you are interested, I can give you homework to complete between classes, such as exercises or writing assignments I can correct with you.موادي الخاصة بالتدريس
