My lessons with Martin are structured so well with room for laughter, creativity, and fun with learning Czech. I am so glad to be learning Czech with him ! With the exercises he chooses it helps everything stick in my head such that, especially if I have a lesson at night before bed, I end up dreaming a bit in Czech.

The first session was just what I was looking for: for the most part just working on using and listening to the language without falling back on English unless it's really necessary.

I enjoyed my conversation class with Martin. He was very helpful and patient with me and I look forward to our next session.

First Czech lesson that I didn't feel like quitting :) As a complete beginner in the language, Martin's method of teaching helps me easily learn the language with lots of examples and you will really have to speak which is good in order to practice the pronounciation. He is very patient and friendly. Definitely a highly recommended teacher ;)

Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the class.
Martin had no enthusiasm to teach me. I felt like I am a nuance to him asking him questions.
He was having food during the call too, which is awkward waiting for him to eat.
It is unfortunate, as I was very excited for this class.

I booked a lesson even though I don't speak much Czech, but since I already speak Serbian and Russian, I can understand quite a bit. I love learning languages for fun and I am used to making mistakes. But during this lesson I didn't really feel comfortable making mistakes or not knowing something.
