Ciao! My name is Imma and I am qualified Italian teacher to foreigners! I have a Master's Degree in Modern Languages and a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures. I also have a DITALS certification in teaching Italian to foreigners, issued by the University of Siena. I speak fluent English and Spanish.
I have been teaching Italian online and in person since 2016. In my career I have helped people from all over the world to learn my native language. I have taught adults, teenagers and asylum seekers and refugees.عني كمعلّم
I teach Italian to foreigners because it is an excellent compromise between my great passion for teaching and my innate desire to deepen the knowledge of languages and cultures different from mine!
I am passionate about travel, art and everything related to communication; in fact, I am the creator of www.howtomammamia.com, a professional website designed for students of Italian who are looking for original and authentic content, such as dialogues, podcasts and short stories.دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
Although each student has different requests based on their needs, the main method I use is based on a communicative and humanistic-affective approach.
From the first lesson, I try to use mostly the Italian language to communicate and I encourage the student to do the same. In addition, I make simulations and games, and use targeted educational tasks that simulate authentic interactions, such as ordering at a restaurant, booking a hotel room, or more advanced activities such as judging a movie or expressing one's opinion on politics.موادي الخاصة بالتدريس
